Sweepstakes Period:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM (ET) on June 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on July 31, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

Eligibility:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of BicknellBunch.Com, Hospice Care Plus, and Kentucky Wounded Heroes, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter:

Donation Method: For every $5 donation made via the BicknellBunch.Com website donation form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Donations will be split 50/50 with Hospice Care Plus and Kentucky Wounded Heroes. There is no limit to the number of entries you can receive via donations.

Online Free Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without making a donation online, complete the online entry form with your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime phone number, and email address. Each completed form will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person per day.

Entry Conditions:

Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Winner Selection:

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 10, 2024. The drawing will be streamed live on Facebook. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified live on air, by email or phone within [7] days of the drawing. Winners must respond to the notification within [7] days to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Publicity Release:

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions:

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Limitations of Liability:

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Disputes:

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of Kentucky. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Kentucky, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of Kentucky or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Kentucky.

Privacy:

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.
